I’m Cierra, the founder of Fearless & Feminine.

What started as a personal journey of healing became something much bigger. After facing breast cancer, I realized how easy it is for women to lose pieces of themselves during life’s hardest seasons.

Confidence, softness, identity — suddenly you’re questioning all of it.

But I also discovered something powerful: those things are never truly lost.

Fearless & Feminine was created as a reminder to women everywhere that strength and femininity can exist in the same space. That healing doesn't mean disappearing.

It means rediscovering who you are.

That's the heart behind You Are Still Her, the book I wrote to walk with you through it one day at a time and behind the Still Her Box, made for the woman who needs a reminder that she's not alone in this season.
