Because many of our products are personal care, wellness, and gift items, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
If approved, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be canceled.
